Reduce Ordering Costs
To help keep your transaction costs down, Perine Danforth can
- Accept blanket purchase orders
- Take orders using only your part number
- Kit items used together as one item
If your fastener usage exceeds $5,000 per year we can custom tailor a Vendor-Managed Inventory program to your requirements, virtually eliminating your procurement costs.
Reduce Receiving Costs
We can reference your part numbers on all containers, reference stocking location information and do custom bar coding to help expedite your receiving process. You could also rely on our ISO 9001 quality system, currently running at 99.8 percent accuracy, and just put the product away!
If you participate in our Vendor-Managed Inventory program you can let us handle the receiving for you.
Reduce Payment Costs
In addition to our normal credit terms, Perine Danforth accepts most major credit cards, and can process transactions and charge your procurement card account. Customers who utilize our Vendor-Managed Inventory programs can also take advantage of our summary invoices, greatly reducing paperwork for your accounts payable department.
